He diagnosed a problem with my Nissan (OVER THE PHONE) when the Nissan service guys were going to charge me $2000+ to fix it. They had previously run me through the ringer doing a second-rate "repair" that James fixed. Because James had done such a good job documenting work, he looked over my file and was able to diagnose the problem. He called the dealership on my behalf and talked the technician through fixing the car. They obviously new he was right because the car "miraculously" fixed itself a day later. I would not go anywhere else. Period. I trust my family's vehicle to him without reservation."
